Minnesota Gunpla 2021 Kitbash Build Off!

You voted for it so here it is! The MN Gunpla 2021 “Build Fighters” Kit Bash Build off! Build the Gundam of your dreams!
Like last build off, we will be using Imgur for photo based final submissions.
If restrictions are lifted, we may be able to hold judging in person.
Judging process may take a day or two.
Rules
It’s a Gundam Kitbash—at least 1 Bandai Gunpla kit (any grade, scale, or series) minimum to enter. At least 25% of the new in box kit must be used in your build. After this you use any Gundam kits you have kicking around, built, unbuilt, etc..
Scratch built parts are encouraged!
3rd Party/3D printed and/or resin parts will only be allowed if they are weapons.
Greeblies must be scratch built.*”A greeble or nurnie is a prominent detailing added to the surface of a larger object that makes it appear more complex, and therefore more visually interesting.” In the context of our build off: something like piping, antenna, small mechanical parts, or bits and pieces that add detail to the structure. If you have a question please ask an admin!
This build off will be unique in that it will be the first time we will have 2 separate judging categories: novice and advanced.
The novice category will be for newer builders or builders that may enjoy kit bashing but maybe not more advanced techniques like panel scribing, scratch building, painting, etc. Detail painting and panel lining (a wash or marker filling, not scribing) is only allowed here.
The advanced category will be for modelers who like to apply full paint jobs, custom scribing, scratch built parts, etc.
We will let you choose which category you wish to be judged in at the time of final submission, however, admins retain the right to move submissions into a different category if we deem necessary.
It is REQUIRED for every participant to RSVP on the event page. On Friday, the 19th, we will assign everyone who RSVPs an entry number. You will then post a picture of your entry kit (in either the shrink wrapped box or runners in bags) with your name, date, and your assigned entry number. Entries after the start date are allowed and will follow this same process. You will have to reach out to an admin for your entry number.
How to Submit:
Use the hashtag #kitbashbuildoff and submit your builds on the main page, for everyone to see.
You may also use the #wipkitbashbuildoff if you'd like to tag your WIP, although not required.
We will post details on how to upload the highest quality pictures of www.imgur.com as well as judging criteria sheets (when they are available) in the event page. So stay tuned!
Prizes will be announced at a later time.
